Warranty period

Non-wear components are covered for 12 months, subject to fault assessment and the terms confirmed for the specific order.

Wear items

Wear items are not included in the standard non-wear component warranty. The maintained list currently includes:

• Cutting blades and other consumable cutting parts
• Tyres and parts subject to normal friction wear
• Cosmetic surfaces damaged through use
• Other consumables identified in the confirmed order documentation

Assessment and handling

Actual warranty handling is confirmed according to the specific order and the nature of the product fault. Evidence, operating conditions, maintenance history and return or repair arrangements may be requested. Final procedures are stated in the order documents.
